Shipping & Handling Charges
- All orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS
- Orders up to $99 – based on actual shipping rates from FedEx and USPS. This is calculated based on products weight and destination.
- FREE Shipping on all orders over $99 is automatic at check-out.
- Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.
- There is a shipping surcharge of $7.50 for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii.
Free Shipping Policy
- You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $99 at check-out. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
- If you have received a discount code from us for Free Shipping then the following conditions are applicable:
- Free Shipping on entire order.
- For orders in the United States only.
- Standard Shipping option only.
- Free Shipping on entire order.
- All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
- Orders placed over the weekend including Fridays and major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- All orders are expected to be delivered through FedEx or USPS within 2 to 7 business days after they’re processed.
- Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Additional time and surcharges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Below circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue; billing zip code maybe correct.
- Incorrect shipping addresses.
- Out of Stock (will ship ASAP as ready and we’ll notify you).
- Weather Issues.
- P.O. Box: Fedex does not ship to P.O. boxes. (please include house address or expect delays as we ship through USPS).
- Unable to authorize package with signature (please let the carrier know if you are not home).
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
- Shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is available for an extra charge of $7.50.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
- This may cause a slight delay in delivery.
- If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so.
- At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States.
Tracking your package
- When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.
Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Quikfoods, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, or missing an item or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact our consumer relations desk within 5 days of receiving. - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then report to our consumer relations desk within 5 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full.
Cancel or Change in order
- If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately at 1-732-452-1300 or drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation.
- Some changes will result in a shipping delay.
- We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped.
Credits to your Charge Card
- Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Quikfoods has received your return for your account to be credited.
- You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
